Lewisburg Printing Company announced that Roger Chou joined the company on March 18 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He will report to CEO Hale Hawkins and will be instrumental in helping expand financial relationships within the company. Chou earned his MBA from Western Carolina University and has more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing environment with both private and public companies.
Blake Miller has been named Director, Human Resources, replacing Cathy Talley, who retired after 44 years with the company. He joined LPC on March 28 and will also report to Hawkins. In his role, Miller will help develop and improve HR processes, work with the business on their workforce challenges, and continue to build upon the great culture at LPC. He earned his MBA in Marketing at the University of Illinois and has more than 30 years experience in roles inside and outside of HR.
